The Malaysian Council For Child Welfare or Majlis Kebajikan Kanak-Kanak Malaysia (MKKM) is the premier national non-governmental organisation (NGO) with the aim in promoting the well-being of children. It complements and supplements Government efforts in the welfare and development of children and promotes the general principles embodied in the Convention on the Rights of the Child, which was ratified by Malaysia in 1995.

The Malayan Council For Child Welfare was established in 1954. It was re-registered as Majlis Kebajikan Kanak-Kanak Malaysia (1978) or Malaysian Council For Child Welfare (1978) under the Societies Act 1966 (Reg No 2571 Selangor). MKKM has been operating from its own building situated at No 25A, Jalan Kampung Pandan, Kuala Lumpur since 1967.

Ia melengkapi dan menyokong usaha-usaha kerajaan dalam hal kebajikan dan pembangunan kanak-kanak, serta mempromosikan prinsip-prinsip umum yang terkandung dalam Konvensyen Mengenai Hak Kanak-Kanak, yang diratifikasi oleh Malaysia pada tahun 1995.

Majlis Kebajikan Kanak-Kanak Malaya ditubuhkan pada tahun 1954. Ia telah didaftarkan semula sebagai Majlis Kebajikan Kanak-Kanak Malaysia (1978) atau Malaysian Council For Child Welfare (1978) di bawah Akta Pertubuhan 1966 (No. Pendaftaran 2571 Selangor). MKKM telah beroperasi dari bangunannya sendiri yang terletak di No. 25A, Jalan Kampung Pandan, Kuala Lumpur sejak tahun 1967.
