Pusat Peningkatan CADS adalah sebuah organisasi bukan untung yang menyediakan kaunseling dan sokongan untuk keluarga dan penjaga kanak-kanak dengan keperluan khas, terutamanya mereka yang menghidap Cerebral Palsy, Autism-ADHD, Down Syndrome-Dyslexia, dan Slow Learners (CADS).
