Homeless Paws of Manjung Strays (HPMS), “NGO Persatuan Kebajikan Dan Suara Haiwan Jalanan Manjung, Perak” is an all-volunteer, non-profit, animal welfare organization dedicated to the rescue and placement of stray, neglected and abused animals. Currently they have around 300 stray dogs under their care.

They are moving into a new location on short notice and urgently need funds to prepare the new shelter. They need around RM250,000 to put in drainage systems and structures to house the 300 dogs. Work on the new site has to start as soon as possible as the landlord had given them until April 20 to leave.
