Pusat Asuhan Harian Kanak-kanak Sepastik (Pusakas) menyediakan pendidikan percuma untuk golongan OKU sejak 35 tahun lalu.

Pusakas yang beroperasi sejak 1981, kini mendidik lebih 107 pelajar istimewa terdiri daripada cerebral palsy, masalah pembelajaran, sindrom down dan autisme berumur antara 5 hingga 30 tahun, dengan dikawal selia empat guru.
