Having a special child is not the choice of any parent, but we have to accept his coming. Everyone should have a chance to learn, and children with special needs are no exception! They can also learn to take care of themselves and others! Health as you and I, apart from being grateful, should sincerely appeal: “Let’s reach out to them for substantial support and lifelong social support!”

Introduction to the Centre

Hilaria Malaysia was born on 18/03/2014.
► An independent non-profit support centre, officially certified by the State.
► Special assistance to families with disadvantaged backgrounds, regardless of ethnicity or religion.
► Major dependents: > Age below 18, irrespective of sex. > Children with physical defects and brain dysfunction. >For example, audiovisual impairments, cerebral palsy, and mild intellectual disabilities include autism and Down’s syndrome.

Aims of Service Objectives

Our service aim is to uphold these four basic principles and to improve children’s physical and mental health and enhance their ability to live.
