Ekliptik Children’s history dates back to 1994 when Mr. Morgun founded the welfare home with only 15 special children. Within a few years the number grew gradually, so that in December 1999, we registered our home officially under the Registration of Society Malaysia and build the committee of the new association. ​

Since Mr. Morgun’s brother suffered from physical and developmental disabilities, it has sparked his vision and care to help the underprviliged, who are in demand of support. Ekliptic Children has been an instrumental of service to more than 65 children with developmental disabilities. Today we advocate for our children in all aspects of society​

Ekliptic Children envisions a world where Malaysian children with intellectual and developmental disabilities are included in their communities where quality support and services are provided to meet their needs and choices.
