Urban Life Volunteers (ULV) is a group of volunteers consisting of retired public servants. ULV is a registered organization in Penang. It serves as a platform for engaging urban poor communities of all races in need of support. ULV collaborates with NGOs and government agencies to address their problems and enhance their quality of life and living conditions.

Currently, ULV is actively involved with the Penang Trishaw Riders Community, especially focusing on impoverished senior citizens who lack moral support and struggle with food and medical needs. Many trishaw riders in this community are elderly individuals dealing with various health issues such as diabetes, high blood pressure, kidney failure, skin diseases, lung infections, foot ulcers, and more. They often lack family support and live alone, with some being homeless. ULV has been providing assistance to the Penang Trishaw Riders Community since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Urban Life Volunteers (ULV) merupakan kumpulan sukarelawan yang terdiri daripada bekas kakitangan awam yang bersara. ULV adalah sebuah pertubuhan yang berdaftar di Pulau Pinang. Ia berfungsi sebagai platform untuk melibatkan komuniti miskin bandar dari semua kaum yang memerlukan sokongan. ULV bekerjasama dengan NGO dan agensi kerajaan untuk mengatasi masalah mereka dan meningkatkan kualiti hidup dan keadaan kediaman mereka.
