Yayasan Ikhlas is an organization established under the Trustee (Incorporation) Act 1952 (Act 258) on 5 March 2009 aimed at alleviating the hardships faced by orphans, disabled, faqir, and those affected by disasters besides giving scholarships or incentives to individuals or groups either for their studies or researches in Malaysia.

Yayasan Ikhlas adalah sebuah badan yang ditubuhkan mengikut Akta Pemegang Amanah (Pemerbadanan) 1952 (Akta 258) pada 5 Mac 2009 yang bertujuan untuk meringankan kesusahan di kalangan anak-anak yatim, orang kurang upaya, fakir dan mereka yang dilanda musibah akibat daripada sebarang malapetaka serta untuk memberi suatu biasiswa atau insentif kepada individu atau kumpulan atas kerja-kerja pelajaran atau kerja-kerja penyelidikan di Malaysia.
